Please read these terms carefully before using StockyMind or the Trading Journal application.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any StockyMind service — including stockymind.com, the Trading Journal at journal.stockymind.com, our newsletter, or mentorship programs — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.
2 Our Services
- Trading Journal App: A web app for logging and analysing your own trades. Data is stored in your personal Google Drive.
- Trading Mentorship: Structured educational courses and live sessions on trading skills and risk management.
- Blog & Newsletter: Educational content and market insights via the website and Substack.
- Free Tools: Screeners, indicators, and templates shared via social media and the website.
3 Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. The Journal app uses Google Sign-In exclusively. By signing in you authorise StockyMind to access your Google account info and read/write a dedicated folder in your Google Drive.
- You are responsible for maintaining your Google account security.
- You must not share access or allow others to use your account.
- You can revoke Google Drive access anytime from Google Account settings.
4 Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our applications.
- Impersonate any person, entity, or StockyMind.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our tools, content, or mentorship materials without written consent.
- Share paid mentorship recordings, sessions, or proprietary content with non-members.
Sharing or distributing paid mentorship content is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5 No Financial Advice
StockyMind is an educational platform only. Nothing on our website, newsletter, mentorship programs, or Journal app constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. StockyMind does not guarantee any specific outcome or profitability. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
We do not provide stock tips or signals. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
6 Intellectual Property
All StockyMind content — website design, logo, blog articles, mentorship curriculum, videos, tools, and software — is our intellectual property protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
✓ Your data is yours. Any trading data or content you create and store in Google Drive through the Journal app remains your sole intellectual property.
7 Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockyMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to StockyMind in the 3 months prior to the claim.
8 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using our services at any time. To delete your data, revoke Google Drive access and delete the StockyMind folder from your Drive; contact us for Firestore account deletion.
9 Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. We encourage contacting us first at stockymind@gmail.com to resolve issues informally.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
